My name is Joana Diesing and I am passionate about coffee, knitting and combining the two! I am originally from Germany and have been living in Palma de Mallorca since 2022.

I have worked in the hospitality industry since 2018 and have gathered experience working in several different cafés across 4 countries. I have also acquired Foundation and Intermediate certification for Barista Skills by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Since moving to Mallorca, I have made it my mission to visit every specialty café on the island and created my Mallorca coffee guide. It is a regularly updated, categorised list of all the best coffee (and matcha) spots with a map overview to help you navigate through the multitude of cafés in Mallorca!

Now I provide a specialty coffee service for events in Palma and the rest of the island. You can book me for weddings, birthdays, firm events, opening parties, anniversaries, yacht events, sport events/tournaments or any other kind of event! I am also open to collaborating with creative spaces and pop ups!

I am currently working on hosting a weekly knit club in Palma for fellow knitters and crocheters, who are looking for a local community of crafty friends! It is a space to connect with other creatives and work on your crafty projects. Of course there is also coffee, made by me.
