Why a knit club?
Beginning of 2023, with the help of my mother, I knit my first hat. It was not my best work and way too big, but it was the beginning of a new era for me. I turned to the internet for more inspiration, learned also how to crochet and was quickly sucked into the beautiful, versatile world of yarn crafts. But it was all online - my only knitting friend was my mom and I knew no one else, who knew how to knit or crochet.
Fast forward to the beginning of 2026: yarn crafts have grown in popularity, I see more people knitting in public spaces and I have since made some friends with the same crafty hobbies. Now I want to connect with more knitters and crocheters in my area!
So I have decided to start this knit club! It will be a space for knitters and crocheters to come together regularly to work on their projects, enjoy a delicious beverage and chat with likeminded people. It’s free to join and solely intended to give crafters a space to connect!

To get notified when and where the first knit club meeting will take place just click the button below and fill out the form. Then you are free to join us for the first knit club date! (If you would like to invite a friend, please refer them to fill out the form as well!)

Knit club will generally take place weekly! We currently do not have the date, time and location set yet. When you sign up using the form you will be updated either via email or our whatsapp group, when everything is ready!

Anyone, who knows the basics of knitting or crochet, can join. All levels - beginner, intermediate or advanced are welcome.
Knit club is a social meetup, not a class. For those, who want to start knitting or crochet, but still need to learn the basics, there will be workshops coming soon! There you will learn the necessary skills to knit or crochet on your own and join the club!

Since attending this club is free of charge, there are no materials included. Please bring your own yarn and materials if you are starting a new project or just bring your current wip!

There is no fee for attending the club itself. However, because the cafe is so graciously letting us use the space, we ask everyone to order at least one drink from the cafe while we are there!
