My name is Joana Diesing and I am passionate about coffee, knitting and combining the two! I am originally from Germany and have been living in Mallorca since 2022.

I have worked in the hospitality industry since 2018 and have gathered experience working in several different cafés across 4 countries. I have also acquired Foundation and Intermediate certification for Barista Skills by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Since moving to Mallorca, I have made it my mission to visit every specialty café on the island and created my Mallorca coffee guide. It is a map overview of all the best coffee (and matcha) spots to help you navigate through the multitude of cafés in Mallorca!

I now provide a specialty coffee service for events in Palma and the rest of the island. You can book me for weddings, birthdays, firm events, opening parties, anniversaries, yacht events, sport events/tournaments or any other kind of event! I will serve high quality coffee and matcha drinks with options for special drinks with homemade syrups customised to your event. I am also open to collaborating with creative spaces and pop ups!

I am currently working on hosting a weekly knit club in Palma for fellow knitters and crocheters, who are looking for a local community of crafty friends! It is a space to connect with other creatives and work on your crafty projects.
